Upstairs is open living with gas fireplace. Each of the lower bedrooms have views of creek and woods. Outdoor decks with comfortable seating, hot tub, and fire pit are just steps from the creek. The cabin feels secluded but is only 3 miles to town, surrounded by hiking trails, and close to ski mountain. RIVER DANGER FOR KIDS.

The perfect getaway to a charming and cozy log cabin in stunning landscape bordering Nat'l Forest. Hiking and 4-wheeler trails abound. Next to a running creek and pond. Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. The Cabin is located on the west end of our family owned and operated cattle ranch. It has a full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals, a full bathroom, master bedroom with a queen size bed, small open loft with a pillow top double bed and 2 XL twin mattresses. The Yellowstone River is less then 100 ft from the front porch! Enjoy morning coffee watching the sun rise on the Crazy mountains, and in the evening sit on the front porch and relax & enjoy the beautiful sunset behind the mtns.

Looking to get away from it all? This cozy log cabin sits alone on a rise overlooking fields of sunflowers, where the deer & antelope graze and Kara Creek runs lazily through the valley. Guests are welcome to hike, fish Kara Creek, or fish the 11 acre pond stocked with trout (many over 20 inches) and large mouth bass.
