Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Note* this unit is on the third floor and there are 32 steps to the top. Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment (one king bed and one full size bed) + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 square feet originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion. The house sleeps nine people, has two full washrooms and a beautiful deck for enjoying a meal or watching the sunset. If you are looking for a quiet retreat this is the perfect place.

Two generously sized bedrooms with smart TVs and queen beds offer a comfortable nights rest. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a 50” Smart TV, a separate desk for working and a fireplace for ambiance (not functioning).

Our family is lucky to live on a little farm right here in Fredericton, and over the past few years we’ve been turning an old barn into a cozy, cabin-like studio for our guests. It sits on our 6-acre property beside our home, and we’ve put a lot of care and love into renovating it. We really hope you enjoy staying here as much as we enjoyed bringing it to life!
