It is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Portland and 10 minutes to down Old Orchard Beach. This listing includes a large comfortable basement bedroom with a private upstairs bathroom. The kitchen, deck living room areas are all shared spaces. Enjoy a late night snack or some traditional New England Popovers for breakfast. Pet friendly for a small additional cost.

Beaches-25 mins, Portland & Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. This spacious unit has a private bath 43" smart TV, Central Air, Wi-Fi, and use of the small indoor heated pool. Our inn does not offer meals at this time but many great dining options nearby.
