This is a secluded family destination in Amish country but close to numerous amenities. You will enjoy beautiful views of the pond from all floors and decks. Numerous hiking trails and the Susquehanna River within minutes. Working Amish farms surround this property and yet you are within 30 Minutes of Lancaster City. Located directly across from the Pequea Boat dock with a boat launch and fishing pier- bring your kayaks, tubes, and fishing lines for endless fun.

Lake House ~ South is a Waterfront Retreat on the Susquehanna River. Dock space available for your boat in front of the house. Just come to escape and relax and enjoy watching the eagles fly by from the hot tub at eye level. The main deck is 960 sq. ft. with plenty of space for everyone, perfect for watching the incredible sunsets. Or come play on the lake. Lake Aldred is an eight mile lake known for water skiing/fishing/kayaking. Eight eagles nest surround the lake with sightings everyday.

This wonderful 1 bedroom riverfront attached apartment has all the conveniences you need for a stay on the Susquehanna River. Directly out front is the paved Northwest River Trail that extends to Columbia(14 miles) while passing through Marietta. Both are great towns to bike to and explore. It is a conveniently located 30 minute drive to Hershey, Lancaster, Amish and Spooky Nook Sports. 15 min to Harrisburg International Airport. Love it or hate it, when a train comes it is quiet an event!

Living space is approximately 1000 square ft above the ground. With lower /back area First floor living + kitchen/ good for meals, snaks and relaxing.
