We reside upstairs but your space is completely private with your own separate entrance. You also have a private outdoor patio space with fire pit to relax and enjoy the beauty around you! You could even take a dip in your own hot tub and watch the stars at night. Lots of beautiful nearby hiking, mountain biking and the Susquehanna river boat launch is only 1 mile away!

The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. It's well equipped for short as well as long stays.

Historic 1813 Guest Suite - Downtown Lititz

This historical guest suite is within a house built in 1813, and is just a few blocks from the many shops and restaurants for which Lititz is known. The guest suite has its own entrance. The space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with corner shower and built in cabinetry, and an efficiency kitchen (mini refrigerator with freezer, sink, counter top area, cabinets, toaster, Keurig, and table for two).
