Converted stable in the middle of the woods. Very private and simple with no electricity or shower. Perfect for people looking for a break from society. Please bring your own bedding and food as it’s a true DIY experience! If you are a larger group of people you can bring tents. Great location for biking, hiking and star gazing. Your neighbours will be emus who are curious and beautiful creatures. There is a compost toilet and a tap with cold drinking water. Any questions please ask

Clareton Farm Cottage is a self-catered, quiet holiday cottage located in the grounds of our home, with a high level of luxury, nestled in a tranquil & rural location. On the outskirts of the village of Coneythorpe, it is in a very accessible location, 8 miles from Harrogate and 15 miles from York. Containing 2 double bedrooms, we can sleep up to 4 guests very comfortably, full of features to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Dogs are very welcome but we charge £20 per dog for their stay.

A cosy 1 bedroom cottage set in a beautiful rural location on a working farm. Stunning views everywhere you look with beautiful wildlife and wild flowers. Dog friendly with wonderful walks directly from the doorstep and plenty of cycle routes to explore. Within easy access of the picturesque market towns of Helmsley & Thisk. Heated by a biomass boiler Form is the perfect cosy retreat after a day of exploring. Check in/out days are Mondays and Fridays so please select those days for your stay.

Glamping & Barbecue Cabin at Moorside Farmhouse

Our Glamping & Barbecue Cabin is an alternative type of accommodation for people who enjoy camping and the great outdoors, but appreciate the warmth and luxury of a solid roof. It is a very private timber cabin with a barbecue/fire pit as its centre. The seats convert easily from a comfortable cooking, eating and lounging area into three single beds. The cooker/burner will keep you warm all night. You will have 24hr exclusive access to the toilet and shower room about 10 metres from the cabin.

Newly decorated and furnished for 2021, you enter your private suite on the ground floor, walking straight into the new beautifully fitted kitchen complete with appliances, elegant dining area perfect for relaxed and cozy romantic candle lit dinners. Upstairs and you enter your warm living area with a small balcony with views of Baysgarth Park, furnished with sofa and matching chairs, soft lighting and a smart tv leading into the bedroom with it’s sumptuous antique french bed and en-suite.

Goldie - Enjoy the sunset from your hot tub!

Goldie is in the centre of Wold Escapes glamping site. Each of our eco cabins sleeps up to two adults and one child. They have their own cooking facilities and spacious en-suite shower room. A 4 person electric hot tub located on the private decking area. We are very happy for you to bring up to two of your furry friends along too! Freeview TV and free high speed wifi available. With wonderful view across the countryside you are sure to ensure a peaceful stay in your own little bit of luxury

Beautiful ground floor Annexe attached to main house but with own separate entrance. Just under 2 miles from the historic city of York with its many shops and vibrant pubs/restaurants. Guests have for their sole use annexe attached to the main house consisting of:- separate bedroom with Kingsize bed, shower room/toilet, well equipped kitchenette/lounge with TV & leather sofa, outdoor space with table/chairs. Good bus route to the Centre and the Station. Suitable for couples/solo guests.

Berry Bottoms Cabin a hidden gem

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

A short stroll takes you directly onto the famous “Bishy Road” (Bishopthorpe Road) which is hugely popular, lying just south of the ancient city walls. This quirky little corner of York has gone from strength to strength, and has some wonderful independent shops and eateries on your doorstep. Conveniently located for the railway station, the city centre and York Racecourse.
