It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location. You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

My home is on a small, Lakeland farm set up on a hillside with wonderful views down to the Duddon estuary. You could be woken by the song of a blackbird or robin or the cockerel; otherwise, it's a wonderfully quiet, peaceful spot. The hens and cats hang out in the yard, various sheep breeds, four ponies, and a scattering of cows populate the fields, and beyond that a gate opens onto the hills.
