The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

The Nook - Hidden gem, secluded, peaceful, modern.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

Overlooking the original pond of the old manor house, The Old Maple Lodge offers guests a luxury experience, complete with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and kitchen facilities. Nestled in the countryside just outside York, 'The Kennel' is a relaxing and peaceful retreat. This small but perfectly formed self-contained annex is set in three acres of newly planted woodland in which you can often see the Tawny Owls visiting to be fed from the feeding posts, dependent upon the time of year when you stay. There is a small orchard, wildlife pond and apiary housing up to 4 beehives which provide us with some delicious honey.
