The Octagon, Wooden Cabin in Private Woodland

The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon sleeping 10. The caravan is an extra £100. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

1980's 1 Bed Caravan set in Small Wooded Area.

Set in a small wooded area, on a very quiet campsite (2 pitches only). It has a gas hob and grill, cold water and battery operated lights. Twenty yards away is a composting toilet and hot shower with a hot tap outside. The caravan is basic but very cosy, bedding and towels are provided, with extra bedding for cold nights, there is also tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Railway Goods Wagon near York ( private hot tub )

Our railway goods wagon ( Wally's Wagon ) offers railway inspired accomodation for couples , it has been carefully designed to be a bespoke bedroom space , and has an ensuite shower room and toilet . It is a quirky and intimate space, beautifully decorated, and ideal for a rural get away. It has a full size double bed, and is heated by a small wood-burner. The carriage stands in it's own garden area , looking out over paddock land. It has it's own private hot tub and an outside fire pit and BBQ

The Hideaway Hut has been lovingly designed/hand built, by me and my 77 year old dad with a precious eye for detail. The Shepherd’s Hut is on a beautiful acre of land in the peaceful village of Norland. With stunning views over the Valley and beyond. The quaint and rustic dwelling has a very comfortable double bed and fresh air dried linen. ensuring a restful nights sleep. For your comfort it has A dinky Kitchen, toilet and wash basin to complete the off grid living space peace, rest awaits you

Gladys, Double Decker Bus Glamping Accommodation

Gladys is our double decker bus, set in a wooded cove of the field with wood fired soaking tub. The ground floor has wood burning stove, kitchen, gas cooker, fridge freezer, stove kettle, shower room through the fire exit door, TV/DVD player (suitable for DVD playing only,) original bus features, driving seat & bus lighting. The first floor has double cupboard bed, single bed & double bedroom. Also included USB charging points & 5AMP plug sockets, picnic bench & deck chairs. Two dogs welcome.
