Broomlands Boathouse

Nestled in the peaceful and picturesque Lincolnshire countryside is Broomlands Boathouse. Our bespoke, hand-crafted log cabin offers you a relaxing and tranquil get away. Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. A private veranda, snug living area with log burner, en-suite shower room and double bed on mezzanine level offers the perfect retreat for couples. Relax, unwind and enjoy!

Cosy central heated Wooden log cabin/lodge surrounded by beautiful countryside views. Ideal for those wanting to be a mile from our local village but in a quiet area. Walks for all abilities from our doorstep. Two medium sized dogs are welcome. Local pubs are dog friendly and we have lots of places to eat locally. Amazing views, a wood burning stove, a very comfy four poster king sized bed, easy to use sofa bed and a fantastic shower have all been in 5* feedback left by many satisfied guests.

The Hut in the Wild

Come and stay in our beautifully finished, tin shepherds hut at the bottom of our garden. We are located in the rolling countryside with extensive views over the vale of York. After a day of exploring this AONB, there’s nothing like cooking tea over the fire pit or wood pellet pizza oven followed by a dip under the stars in our rustic hot tub. Fall into a fresh clean bed and wake up to the sound of the dawn chorus. Our bathroom barn provides all your needs for a morning freshen up!See you soon.

Upside down stone Bothy on Marsden Moor

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Situated in the heart of the Pennines, ‘The Spot’ is immersed in nature but within walking distance of rail/bus/canal access as well as the quirky town of Hebden Bridge. The perfect base for exploring the beautiful rolling hills and valleys - on foot or on wheels - or just switch off and relax on site - alpacas optional!

A network of paths go through our working farm with river and forest and higher land to explore together. Perfect for walking and bird watching.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

We are located right in the heart of Nidderdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with its stunning moorland scenery and tapestry of lush green meadows. Bordered by the Yorkshire Dales National Park and close to the World Heritage Site of Fountains Abbey, Nidderdale is that unique blend of ingredients, mixed in the right proportions and painted in the right colours – whatever the season – that has had a timeless appeal to artists, photographers and film makers.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Luxury, romantic, boutique shepherd's hut on a smallholding in between the villages of Barton and Middleton Tyas near Richmond, North Yorkshire. We only have one hut, making it a very private, peaceful and exclusive retreat. Nestled in a beautiful dell, surrounded by trees, it overlooks a duck pond and the remains of the old stone limekilns. Plenty of wildlife for nature lovers including a flock of friendly rare breed sheep, hens, rabbits, and owls.
