Relax to the max at this centrally-located home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Ann Arbor. Conveniently located just off US-23, between the University of MI, Eastern Michigan U & Trinity Hospital. Multiple restaurants and shopping are just a few blocks away. Inside, you will find a generously sized kitchen & oversized table in the huge dining room which opens onto a patio & large fenced yard. Sprawl out in the huge basement where there's a rec room, work station & laundry facilities.

Newly renovated, fully furnished private unit in the 1920s home where I live with my two teenage boys and a retired racing greyhound. You will hear us pattering about! I also operate a small letterpress studio in the home. The unit features a large bedroom, a modern kitchen and bath, and a small nook set up for bar-style dining or as a sweet little office. Located in downtown Ypsi, it is close to restaurants, bars, parks, and just two blocks from the bus station for an easy commute to Ann Arbor.
