Private & Comfortable Keyless entry with/ Code. This single-story casita studio features 1 bedroom, a kitchenette, a private entrance, & a full BATH in the heart of Yuma! It’s just 5 minutes to the hospital and close to 4th Ave and Ave "A". Short-term or long-term stays are always welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood with a parking space inside the property. We allow 1 pet (dog) under 40 lbs only. Currently, we are not accepting bookings with CATS. Pet fees and restrictions apply.

Plus, covered patio space for your use. Check hours- but you're walking distance from famous "Jac's Whistle Stop Cafe" or burritos from Gonzo's. Enjoy star gazing or soaking up year-round sun.

The bedroom has a queen bed, and two additional guests can use a queen size, pillow top, self-inflating, air mattress. There is a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/stove, and dining area. Enjoy a heated pool, and patio. Enjoy three golf courses in with a five-minute drive. Historic Downtown, with the Yuma, the Territorial Prison, Colorado River, are a 20-minute drive.

There is no smoking allowed on the property. *Absolutely ONLY two people to spend the night. No smoking, no pets, no children. *Hosts have been vaccinated for Covid-19.
