The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

SeaSide Villa

The Villa is luxurious with a typical West Coast layback feel. Best of all is the heated pool. Sit back relax and sip on a G&T, close to the ocean and great views. Best location, 30m to the beach. Couples and families with kids will love it. Beautiful views from all rooms where you can laze all day staring at passing by whales or boats. Outside wood fired braai and gas braai inside with fold open doors to still enjoy the amazing views! 4 bedrooms- 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 double beds. 8 guests

Airy beach home 2 min walk to the sea with SOLAR

A beautiful, bright and airy home, tastefully decorated which can be used as a weekend getaway or an extended vacation for family and friends. WE NOW HAVE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED! We can accommodate 2 - 8 guests. The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 kids, or 6 adults. Situated 2 blocks from the beach with extensive ocean views. The local Spar and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the property. The home offers 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and 2 single bed rooms.

Come & relax in your paired back retreat located in a tranquil fishing village on the west coast of SA. Enjoy some rest with no load shedding worries, solar panels will keep everything (apart from oven & underfloor heating) running at all times of the day. Feel at home in an original dirt road cul-de-sac, safely snuggled in-between friendly neighbours. Only 25 minutes drive from Paternoster to the North, Langebaan to the South & just a 250m walk along green belt to serene, rocky shoreline.

Westcoast beach cottage - Unit 2 / Fire place

A small coastal cottage roughly 5 min drive outside the harbour town of Saldanha. The cottage is private but connects to the side of our home. It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

Die Vissershuisie - on the beach - beautiful view

On the beach! Die Vissershuisie is a romantic three bedroomed cottage built in the traditional west coast style. Each of the bedrooms is en-suite & has a queen size bed. Our rates are charged PER PERSON/per room. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.

NO LOADSHEDDING – Modern 3-Bedroom Home in Langebaan Enjoy a relaxing escape in this stylish 3-bedroom home, completely free from loadshedding interruptions. Designed for comfort and entertainment, the home features a spacious entertainment area, a sleek modern kitchen, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Step outside to a large, secure garden with a private swimming pool (5 x 2.5 x 1.3m). A pool cover is available upon request. Stay connected with uncapped 25Mbps fibre internet!

La Mer

La Mer offers guests the opportunity to stay right on the beach, close to restaurants. This ideally situated self-catering unit offers the best views of the ocean, the beach and breathtaking sunsets. In case of a power failure, an inverter and back up batteries are installed and we will do our best to ensure that the lights, TV and Wi-Fi are working. This is a developing town and building activity is taking place in the area. Unfortunately no children or pets.

Fynbos Cabins

On the sea side of the Nature Reserve discover our wood and stone Fynbos Cabins, simple luxury beneath vast, blue West Coast skies. The surprisingly spacious cabins blend discreetly into the landscape. Glass walls yield unobstructed views of Cape floral fynbos. A private balcony with your own wood fired hot tub is the final step to fully immersing yourself in nature. Could this be coming home? Note: Breakfast included

The Red House

The Red House is a charming, rustic cottage nestled in the heart of the small village of Koringberg. Surrounded by wheat farms, this retreat offers the best of countryside living - stargazing, farmland scenery, and the area’s largest swimming pool! Ideal for families or a small group of friends. Our house is not perfect, but we love it to bits, and we hope you'll enjoy it just as much as we do!

Cockleshell Beach House

A quaint self-catering house, in a private Nature Reserve 55 km from Cape Town. Fully equipped for 8 people with backup battery power in case of emergency (caters for up to 10 hours of loadshedding). The home offers panoramic views of the ocean and Fynbos of the Capes West Coast.
