Rock Cottage is a beachfront apartment on the famous 16 mile beach on the West Coast of South Africa. Situated 96km outside Cape Town, it is an ideal getaway right on the beach with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small mezzanine with a sofa-bed for kids (accessed by a wall ladder), a fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer and washing machine), open plan dining and lounge and a deck with barbecue. The Villa is luxurious with a typical West Coast layback feel. Best of all is the heated pool. Sit back relax and sip on a G&T, close to the ocean and great views. Best location, 30m to the beach. A beautiful, bright and airy home, tastefully decorated which can be used as a weekend getaway or an extended vacation for family and friends. WE NOW HAVE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED! We can accommodate 2 - 8 guests. The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 kids, or 6 adults. Situated 2 blocks from the beach with extensive ocean views. The local Spar and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the property. The home offers 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and 2 single bed rooms.

Our rates are charged PER PERSON/per room. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.
