This charming traditional Dalmatian house is in Ždrelac on Pašman, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the harbor and village center. Built by our family 80 years ago and lovingly renovated, the house preserves its original character and island spirit. Wake up to a sea view, relax on the terrace, enjoy the private garden, and explore the peaceful nature of Pašman and Ugljan, especially outside the season. Stroll to nearby beaches, local restaurants, and enjoy a true island escape.

Come on and relax in our peaceful house with your familly and friends. Everything you need is right there. The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The road to the house is little rough if you don't mind that. Hope you like my little house and enjoy your stay.

Welcome to Krneza, a peaceful Dalmatian village situated 15 km north of Zadar. House has two apartment , terrace and a beautiful Sea View on Ljubac , the mountain range Velebit and the south part of the island of Pag and four National parks. Free covered parking place included and there are swings for children, pool and a barbecue in the yard. The nearest sandy beach is 2 km far away . The pool area is shared with the other apartment in the house!
