Kuća je smještena u Parku prirode Medvednica, u čijoj su blizini Specijalna bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju te bazeni s termalnom, ljekovitom vodom. Gostima je na raspolaganju i kućna teretana i dva sportska bicikla. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

The apartment is fully equipped with basic amenities such as a television with over 400 channels on Max TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine (located in a room opposite the apartment). The bathroom includes a shower cabin and a toilet.
