This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. Het woon gedeelte op de eerste verdieping is ingericht als studio, met een slaap, woon en keuken gedeelte. U heeft vanaf het woongedeelte via de openslaande deuren toegang tot het zonnige balkon. Op de begane grond is de entree, badkamer en het toilet. Het gehele appartement heeft vloerverwarming.
