It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Armiriki house, because of the tamarisk (=armiriki) tree just in front of the house. A unique seaside house, near Monemvasia, at the picturesque fjord of Ierakas. (Natura 2000) Paddling, swimming and diving, bird watching, fishing and hiking are just a few of the activities you can enjoy at the peaceful Ierakas Port village. A canoe and a boat are available at the private dock. Monemvasia castle town and unique untouched beaches (Vlychada, Balogeri) are at close distance.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
