Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

But it offers something far more rare—stillness and simplicity. And it is a true wilderness escape for those who love challenges. Without a 4- WD vehicle, be prepared to walk 800 meters until destination. The territory is surrounded by ancient forest and marshlands with wildlife. The nearest lake is 8 km.

Miegamąjame dvivietė 160 m lova ir kiti baldai. Laisvalaikio kambaryje labai didelis minkštas kampas, miegamos dalies plotis- 170 m. Pro langus matomas parkelis, daug žalumos. Bute yra du balkonai. Šalia, vos už 100 m prekybos centras Maxima, vaikų žaidimo aikštelės, stotelė, elektromobilių įkrovimo stotelės.

A quiet log house by the lake surrounded by forest in Sartai Regional Park. The house is full of books, photo albums and vintage music records. Outside there is a boat, large terrace overlooking the lake, with a sofa and dining table. The kitchen and one bedroom are on the ground floor, and the second bedroom is upstairs. A traditional wood-fired sauna can be rented if you’d like to enjoy a proper Lithuanian sauna during your stay. Perfect for peaceful family time or a romantic stay for two.

Discover the charm of this newly renovated 50 sq.m apartment in a central location. Featuring high ceilings and large windows, the space is flooded with natural light, highlighting the beauty of its natural materials, including wood floors, stone kitchen counter, and clay plaster walls. The living room boasts a unique copper bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. A king-size bed with a firm mattress and natural linen ensures a good night's rest.

"ŠILO NAMAS" is perfect place for family, also for romantic holiday. Here is the house, terrace, fireplace, barbecue for you. You can use a hot tub, double paddle board for extra payment. 100-200m from the house is the pine forest with trails, a lake with a public beach suitable also for children. The centre of Zarasai is about 3 km from house, you can go there on bike path. In the house are 2 bedrooms with double beds,in the little second flor are 2 mattresses for children.

You can feel the countryside atmosphere here, surrounded by a park, with a forest and lake just across the road. The flat features a sunny balcony and is conveniently located near the main city square, shopping center, and grocery stores. It is an ideal place for both business trips and holidays. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washing machine.
