Ljunghusen is a peaceful area yet is close to the restaurants and stores in Skanör and Höllviken, and a 20 min drive from Malmö.

Orø byder på natur, strand, vandrestier, campingplads, forskellige aktiviteter, gode spisesteder og meget mere. Dejligt lille sommerhus som indbyder til hygge og nærvær. Børnene kan bade i poolen, lege i sandkassen, hoppe i trampolin eller gynge mens mor og far kan slappe af på terrassen. Når duggen falder om aftenen kan i indtage den overdækkede terrasse. Medbring selv sengetøj og håndklæder.

Denne unikke bolig har panorama udsigt over Køge Bugt med udsigt til København. Der er egen stor strandgrund og fin badebro. Egen opvarmet pool, som er overdækket, men som også kan åbnes. To gode badeværelser, det ene ved poolen. Lokalerne som udlejes i underetagen er på i alt 125 m2 og består af stort køkken/alrum/opholdsstue to soveværelser, skabsgang og stort badeværelse. Desuden er der terrasse både oppe og nede, og fri parkering kan ske såvel oppe som nede i forhold til ejendommen.

I bor i en længe på vores gård, med marker og hestefolde lige udenfor døren. Der er godt en kilometer til Sejerøbugten med nogle af Danmarks bedste badestrande. Området er skønt til ridning, og vi er også et 'høhotel', så I må gerne have jeres heste med; vi har hestebokse, hestefolde og en ridebane. Og så ligger Rismosegård lige midt i Danmarks cykelmekka, 400 meter fra Côte d'Høve stræde, hvor Magnus Cort kørte sig i den prikkede bjergtrøje på anden etape af Tour de France i 2022.

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)
