The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

Little House on the Quarry

We’d like to invite you to the “Little House on the Quarry.” We purchased this old rock quarry and it hasn’t been mined since 1968. The water is crystal clear blue and up to 75ft deep. It has rock walls up to 100ft high. The camping is completely secluded with breathtaking views and an outdoor shower. There is a walking trail that leads to another lookout with a rose garden. This isn’t like anything you’ll find in GA. Access to the quarry/water is available for an additional fee upon arrival.

Cottage at Sanctuaire Atelier -cozy, nature escape

The Cottage at Sanctuaire Atelier is a romantic, European style retreat with an eclectic mix of antiques & boho accents. Nestled on 12 acres, you can cozy up by the indoor fireplace/outdoor firepit, stargaze, read in the patio rocking chairs, work comfortably in a peaceful oasis, or take nature walks. We specialize in unique experiences customized for your trip! Wine, desserts, charcuterie, photoshoot, dinner, wedding - please inquire about pricing. We also have another property onsite!

Amenities include a Kitchenette with sink, glass cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, queen size bed with memory foam mattress, Pottery Barn sofa, TV; mini-split AC/heat, Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven, Nespresso coffee machine; electric tea kettle with diffuser; custom tile rain shower with blue Terracotta wall tiles from Spain and 245 individual white Magnolia leaf stone floor tiles, and a bidet toilet with a heated seat.
