A cozy, retro-inspired, 600 sq. ft. tiny home in the heart of Holland, MI. 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen, the other with twin bunk beds. A twin daybed with a twin trundle is located in the living room. One full size bath with a tub/shower; and a fully-equipped kitchen with apartment size appliances. 1 mile to Downtown Holland. 1 block to Washington Square. Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

Shipwright's Cottage

A terrific place for exploring the city & walking the historic neighborhood. This adorable 2 bed home is 2 blocks from the Civic Center which hosts events and a great farmers market Wed/Sat. This area begins 8th Street with amazing shops, pubs and restaurants. We have given it a gorgeous 21st Century overhall. A block away from lakeside Kollen play park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. This location offers quick access to business and boating. Come enjoy a fun downtown stay.

Holland Area -Lower Level Only - not upper level

Lower level only w/a kitchenette that has dishware and many cooking appliances (No oven). Private lower level includes 2 BR, 3 Queen beds, 1 twin, full private bath, LR, private entrance, wifi, grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich maker, roasting oven, griddle, and more. Located in the Holland area, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub is most likely but not guaranteed. Please ask if it is important for your stay.

Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Lovely two bedroom private suite!

Wonderful location near Holland, Grand Rapids, and Saugatuck. Free onsite parking for one vehicle (nearby public carpool lot also), WiFi, private entrance and space. Nearby trails and parks to explore, museums, restaurants, shopping and beaches all within 20-30 min. drive from our home. Full kitchen (pans, dishes, oven/stove, fridge, coffee/tea bar) and living area, two bedrooms with queen size beds, futon, bathroom, and a separate private entrance for you (lower level- one flight of steps).

Artists apartment a short walk to everything

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. " "This place is great - the attic is much larger than expected from the pictures, and comfortably fit 4 of us for a weekend. I loved the cute vintage artifacts throughout the attic" "Awesome place! Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic updated 4 bed/3 bath on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Mother in law suite

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

PLEASE READ THE OTHER NOTES SECTION. Holland, Michigan is a favorite summer destination for those who live near or far. Holland itself has so much to offer with its boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!

Relax Near Downtown & Beach (2 Kings 1 Queen)

This cozy cottage is nestled in a wooded area close to Lake Macatawa & Lake Michigan. It’s just 2.6 miles to beautiful Ottawa Beach at Holland State Park. View the surrounding trees from the balconies & deck, play arcade games, pool, & foosball in the game room, or explore things to do nearby. You can go to the beach, shop, hike nature preserves, or just relax at home in the cottage. For shopping & dining, picturesque downtown Holland is just a 4.8 mile drive.

Lost Keg Farm House

Conveniently located halfway between Downtown Holland and Downtown Saugatuck/Douglas. This remodeled 1881 farmhouse on a quiet street perfect for families or a couple's getaway. Situated on 3 acres, surrounded by woods perfect setting for a for a campfire and star gazing. Eat and entertain out on the deck which features a grill, dining table with plenty of seating for everyone. Bring your boat and water toys, public launches are easily assessable and close by.

Honey Bee Ridge Guest House

Our Guest House is located on a quiet country road 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Holland and 20 minutes from beaches, downtown Grand Rapids and Saugatuck. The property sits on 5 acres with the owners home next to the Private Guesthouse. You'll have access to the pool, your own patio with comfortable seating, and a wood fire pit. A 600 acre park with paved running/biking/cross country ski and mountain biking trails is located across the street.
