The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof and has a covered 19 m² balcony, which extends over the entire length of the apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.
