This charming home was built in 1908 and is located 45 minutes from Tampa/Orlando. Fully furnished, this space is perfect for families and friends providing plenty of space to sleep 8 people comfortably. With games, puzzles and Dvds, backyard fun for kids while the parents watch from the porch. Enjoy downtown entertainment within walking distance! Home is centrally located to dining, shopping, and small town fare. 4 bar restaurants walking distance on the lake. Live music from Lake sometimes.

You’ll love community pool, recreational areas, outdoor space, nice neighborhood, convenient location, fire pit & plenty of parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families & can sleep 8 adults comfortably w/ 3 beds & sofa sleeper. Condo is walking distance to shopping, food, and entertainment. Within minutes to beaches, Moffit, VA hospital, USF, downtown, Ybor, Malls, Bush Gardens, Zoo, Museums, and more. Orlando is within an hour drive.

Cute, spacious apartment located in Historic Kenwood, which was named 2020 “Neighborhood of the year” by NUSA. Our apartment is above our large garage. Lots of charm and just enough space to spread out a little for some privacy. Located close to downtown, walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries and bars but still a short drive to our beautiful beaches. You access the apartment through our side gate and up an exterior stairway.
