Die meisten der Materialien kommen aus Deutschland und einige Eichenhölzer stammen sogar aus unserem eigenem Oberlausitzer Wald. Ihr könnt den Sonnenuntergang direkt am See bewundern und Euch richtig erholen. Bitte beachtet, dass ihr aktuell mit Baustellengeräuschen in circa. 150 m Entfernung rechnen müsst.

Be- und Entladen vor dem Haus; parken gegen Gebühr auf dem Obermarkt, mit Parkscheibe frei parken auf dem Lutherplatz bzw. Christoph-Lüders-Str. Internetzugang kürzlich ertüchtigt und voll funktionsfähig.

Nearby, you can find the Old Town Bridge (pedestrian border crossing between Zgorzelec and Görlitz). The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants and grocery shops. On top of that, the best café in Zgorzelec - Czarna Caffka is located just a few steps away from the flat. The flat is located in an old building with a staircase awaiting renovation.
