Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and more, all within walking distance! Outdoor attractions include, Kolob canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. We do not accept any animals due to the historic nature of this home and ask that you please respect this. For service animals, please refer to the rules section.

This cottage style home has a stone exterior with a wrap around porch and is surrounded by trees and bushes. At 1000 sq/ft, it is cosy and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. The master is located on the ground floor with a king bed. An upstairs bedroom holds a queen and a semi private loft holds two twin beds. A queen fold away is in the living room couch. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle maker. Washer and dryer.

It is within walking distance of local restaurants, galleries, and shops. The property is also conveniently located steps away from the free park shuttle for easy access to the park. The property features a curated vintage atmosphere that is artsy, warm and inviting. Original oil paintings in the cottage are available for purchase.

Make this two bedroom farmhouse cottage located in Orderville as your home base on your vacation to the wonders and beauties of southern Utah. Orderville is a small rural community with all of the necessities for your visit, i.e. gas station, grocery store, post office, restaurant, etc. Should you require anything other than necessities, you would need to bring them.
