Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο (ΜΑΙΟΣ 2023). στο Ζιπάρι της Κω (Εφέσου και Ιπποκράτους 4), 1200 μέτρα από την πανέμορφη αμμώδη παραλία Τιγκάκι. Είναι ένας ιδανικός χώρος για ζευγάρια που αναζητούν μια πιο ιδιωτική και ήσυχη εμπειρία στο νησί. Το Ζιπάρι καθώς και το Τιγκάκι διαθέτουν οτιδήποτε θα χρειαστείτε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας όπως Super Market, φαρμακεία, ταβέρνες, μπαρ, καφετέριες. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι στα 500 μέτρα. Cozy Mountain House

The house is located at Asfendiou village, near Dikaios mountain, between lovely trees and with a great view of the mountain. The traditional village of Asfendiou has very few residents, the only thing you can hear is the birds singing and the fresh air is very revitalising! So the house is the perfect place to relax and calm! In addition, the location of the village (almost in the middle of the island) is ideal to explore all the beautyful beaches, archeological monuments and many many more!

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
