Cozy Mountain House

The house is located at Asfendiou village, near Dikaios mountain, between lovely trees and with a great view of the mountain. The traditional village of Asfendiou has very few residents, the only thing you can hear is the birds singing and the fresh air is very revitalising! So the house is the perfect place to relax and calm! In addition, the location of the village (almost in the middle of the island) is ideal to explore all the beautyful beaches, archeological monuments and many many more!

Renovated stone house!

This unique house is a renovated stone house in a traditional village that has brought to life the last years. The village has a great and interesting history and there are remainings of it together with other buildings that was renovated the last years. It is a whole space with a double bed in an internal balcony of the house. A small but unique kichen underneath. An open space for the sitting room that can host one more person and the kitchen table. All the renovation was based on respect!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο (ΜΑΙΟΣ 2023). στο Ζιπάρι της Κω (Εφέσου και Ιπποκράτους 4), 1200 μέτρα από την πανέμορφη αμμώδη παραλία Τιγκάκι. Είναι ένας ιδανικός χώρος για ζευγάρια που αναζητούν μία ήρεμη και πιο παραδοσιακή εμπειρία στο νησί του Ιπποκράτη. Το Ζιπάρι καθώς και το Τιγκάκι διαθέτουν οτιδήποτε θα χρειαστείτε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας όπως Super Market, φαρμακεία, ταβέρνες, μπαρ, καφετέριες. Traditional village house with sea view

The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. Around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min. In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos.
