We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Welcome and enjoy your stay in London's most desired quiet neighborhood. We have a spacious Walkout basement with a private entrance and Lockbox for self check-in and check-out. Minutes away from amenities like Tim Hortons, Bus stop, YMCA, Maisonville Shopping Mall and trails. 10 minutes drive to Western University/Fanshawe College and 15 minutes to London's Downtown or Airport. Need a hot drink, we offer a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, kettle, tea, sugar and sweetener.

Just south of Stratford, 20 minutes northeast of London and a little under an hour’s drive from Kitchener-Waterloo you’ll find this quaint two-bedroom retreat; one featuring a bunk bed, and principle bedroom with a walkout to the covered back deck. The property is home to 5 alpacas, mini goats, chickens and our family dog. The bunkie is on a shared property with our home. It's 1 hour from Toronto, 20 minutes from Hamilton, 1-hour from Niagara-on-the-lake and 10 minutes from the historic Ancaster village. Antiquing, hiking, nature tours, golfing, wine tours, farmers markets and more close by.
