Ideal for groups/families at super price/offer - 1.5 bathroom/toilet. 2nd: 3 rooms for 4/4/3+modern bathroom/shower. 1st: Lounge for 2-4 guests+toilet. With kitchen, lounge, 1200m2 garden with pavillon, barbecue - a paradise! Owner lives upstairs - but we ONLY share entrance and staircase! Pets welcome! Small parties are ok, but with SILENCE outdoors after 10PM! Prices fix.

Meine Wohnung liegt nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt und in der Nähe von Wäldern und Einkaufszentren. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet ein helles Zimmer. Ich kann entweder ein großes Bett für Paare oder eine Matratze auf dem Boden für zwei Personen vorbereiten. Wir haben einen Garten, und Sie teilen das Haus mit anderen Gästen. Die Küche ist nicht inklusive. Bitte beachten Sie, dass ich allergisch auf Duftstoffe und Parfüm reagiere, daher bitte ich Sie, diese nicht zu verwenden.

Welcome in our beautiful Villa. We rent one Room with a Bed for 2. Enjoy the garden and Swimmingpool (only heated in summer) after Sightseeing or Business. With the public transport it takes about 20 mins to Zurich HB or Zurich Airport (you have to change once). You will find details of public transport on the Homepage of SBB, the public transport organisation in Switzerland. They have also a great App for your phone. We rent another room for 2 persons (seperately ad).

16 minutes from Zurich center/lake (Stadelhofen/Bellevue) by bus/tram. In a quiet and cosy house, two rooms are available: a small double room (bed 140cm) and a single room (bed 90cm) for 3 guests. There is also a nice garden. There is only one bathroom to share. Parking is free after 8pm. From 8am till 8pm is free for 3 hours with parking disk. Rotate the disc to the next half hour. If you arrive at 10:10 AM, rotate it to 10:30 AM. Sunday is always free.
