Mein 400jähriges Haus, auf dem Fundament eines Römer-Turms erbaut, war früher Teil eines Schlosses und ist voller Geschichte, Bücher, Kunst, Musik, Inspiration und Liebe. Willkommen im «The Artist's Castle», meinem Schloss Kunterbunt. Hier trifft Geschichte auf good vibes. Atme durch, sei du. Du willst kreieren? Atelier und Werkstatt warten auf dich. Mit Blick auf den Fluss in meiner historischen Oase im mittelalterlichen Eglisau.

Im stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichteten Haus fühlst du dich sofort willkommen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Entdecke das berühmte mittelalterliche Städtchen und die wunderschöne Region um Rhein und Bodensee. Few meters walk to luxury downtown shopping, top restaurants/bars, the lake, the main station. Apartment in front of the river protected from noise, in the most elegant, high-end spot downtown. Diese einzigartige Loft liegt 13 Autominuten vom Airport-ZH und 20min. von der Stadtgrenze Zürich entfernt. Die Gegend ist ländlich, mit Wäldern und einem Fluss direkt beim Haus. Die Loft ist 280m2 gross und komplett mit allem ausgerüstet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Betten im oberen Stock sind von feinster Qualität und auch die Sanitären Anlagen. Der untere Stock ist 200m2 gross und beinhaltet ebenso eine Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Wintergarten und Terrasse sind im 3. Stock.

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.
