Montreal bagels are world famous for their shape, taste and texture. A trip to Montreal isn't complete until you've tried one of these amazing bagels. So why not try your hand at making them yourself? I will teach you the secrets on how to make some deliciously unique and authentic Montreal style bagels at home, the easy way. We will start by learning how the ingredients used affect the Bagels and the final result. Then we will all measure our ingredients using scales. After that, I will show you how to properly mix and knead the dough which you will do on your own right after me. I have adapted the best Boulanger (Bread Maker) techniques to the home kitchen so you will become a confident baker at home in no time! After mixing the dough, we will learn how to shape the bagels, boil them, dress them up with various toppings, bake them and finally eat them fresh out of the oven! Not many things can beat eating freshly baked and delicious Bagels that you have made yourself right out of the oven. You will leave with a detailed recipe to take home. Ensuite, chaque client est jumelé avec un cheval selon sa taille et son expérience. Vous allez conduire votre cheval à pied vers l'écurie et vous allez avoir la chance de créer un lien de confiance avec lui en le brossant et en le préparant. Une fois que tout le monde a son casque, nous quittons l'écurie pour aller aux manèges. Une fois sur votre cheval et les étriers ajustés, nous vous donnons une petite formation sur les techniques de conduite. Le manège clôturé est l'endroit idéal pour que chacun puisse tester ses nouvelles connaissances en équitation. Après cette initiation, nous partons en balade dans nos magnifiques sentiers en montagne avec vue splendide sur les Appalaches. À mi-chemin, nous arrêtons en haut de la montagne pour prendre des photos et profiter de la belle vue. Nous terminons l'activité en remerciant notre cheval pour la belle randonnée. À la fin, vous êtes invités à rester plus longtemps pour profiter de l’ambiance et de notre aire de pique-nique, au cas où vous auriez apporté votre goûté. Private Stand Up Paddle Boarding Lesson and Guided Paddle. A Certified Paddle Canada SUP Instructor will meet you on location with all the equipment, provide a dryland lesson and then proceed to take you on the water (usually a calm lake) and guide you and your group on a paddle. Great for beginners and those with paddling experience who would love to brush up their skills or paddling ergonomics and also for water lovers to discover new places to paddle in the Annapolis Valley. We're focused on safety and an immersive, fun, non-judgemental experience in nature.

First we would meet at this quirky little café next to St Laurent Metro. They have the best samosas in the city and is quite unique. Then we will walk up St Laurent, if you`re hungry, get a bite to eat either at butcher/shop sandwich place or go for a real poutine. Then we will explore the side streets where I can give you a little rundown of the history of the neighborhood and even teach you some basic French to help you get by on your own. Lastly, we can go to an interesting/fun little bar to have drinks. Other things to note I think this is an experience for someone who really wants to see the city from the perspective of a local. Vivez la vie de musher le temps d'une matinée! Venez rencontrer nos chiens de traineau et visiter les coulisses de notre chenil, qui héberge une soixantaine de chiens nordiques de type husky. Accueilli par un guide passionné, vous ferez connaissance avec la meute, découvrirez le mode de vie de nos chiens et nos efforts en faveur de leur bien-être. Vous apprendrez à lire le comportement des chiens, et vous serez initié aux secrets de la vie de musher dans le nord du Québec. C'est le moment de poser toutes vos questions! Chaque chien a son histoire, son caractère et ses petites habitudes... La plupart adorent les câlins! Après avoir fait connaissance, vous aurez le plaisir d'avoir des contacts privilégiés avec les chiens, et d'immortaliser ces moments. Certains jours, en fonction de la météo et du temps disponible, nous prendrons le temps d'une courte sortie avec les chiens pour les laisser se dégourdir les pattes. You'll notice that group sizes are limited to 6. This is because our experience is intimate and exclusive. We focus on connecting with each person and ensuring that the experience is tailored to the specific interests of each group. As a result, we put in extra effort to organize multiple itineraries for the night. Due to the exclusivity of some locations, large groups would not be permitted entry. The night will commence with an opportunity to get acquainted over a drink at one of Montreal's coolest speakeasy bars. Next, we'll take you to a trendy lounge with electronic music, allowing you to savor the vibrant and eclectic nightlife of Montreal. Finally, we'll visit an exclusive nightclub or disco to dance the night away. The venue will be selected based on the music preference of the group and bottle service can be organized upon request. Note that we are professional event organizers and party planners. We know all the hottest places in the city and have connections at them. Whether it's to de-stress or just for the novelty of it, the Rage Room is an awesome activity to do. It's pretty simple, choose from a variety of glass items and electronics, suit up in our complete protective gear and break stuff. A signed waiver is required to participate in this activity. You must be 18 years or older and will be asked to provide proof if deemed required (or 16-17, with a parent). Please keep in mind, you are breaking glass items and electronics, so this experience is not for the faint-hearted. Other things to note When you arrive, you'll have to sign a waiver before starting the experience. The Rage Cage can accommodate up to 4-5 people at a time.
