OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SURFING - whether its your first time or you're trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards (we offer boards in a variety of sizes to fit your needs) and head down to the sand. For the first 20-30 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then it’s 60-80 minutes with an instructor in the ocean. The remaining time is yours to practice your skills and have fun in the water. PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS: The classes are taught by myself or one of our great instructors. We usually have the 2nd instructor helping in the water when the group exceeds 6-7 people. Your safety is our main priority! All of our lead instructors are ISA (International Surfing Association), CPR & First Aid certified, we obtain Water Safety Specialists certificates (surfing instructor safety training) and I also completed 2 Level surf instructors program with ISA. PHOTOS: One of the instructors will try to take complimentary GoPro photos of you in and out of the water in the last 10-15 minutes of the experience. Keep in mind that it's not alway possible to get water shots due to safety reasons. These are not professional pics but a great memory for you, your friends and family. A morning hike to stunning city views, in a dog friendly park with our rescue dogs! Non-profit, all proceeds go to the very dogs you are walking, who are also up for adoption. We'll meet friendly people on the way and let them know about the dogs. A nice walk up hiking trails to the top of Runyon Canyon. Fantastic city views, and the perfect view of the Hollywood Sign! As you climb your way up the hill with your new pals in tow, you’ll be exercising and socializing the dogs, and letting locals know they’re up for adoption. You’ll also become a puppy paparazzi and take their photos in front of panoramic backdrops—you can even pose with them with the famous Hollywood sign behind you. Your pictures will then be used to generate interest in the rescue organization, attract potential adopters, and bring in donations that will help further care for and foster the dogs until they find their forever homes. NEW! We have added afternoon hikes Thursday through Saturday. Watch the sun set from 1000 feet above LA, amazing view as we walk down Runyon Canyon... and then you can go explore Hollywood and West Hollywood, a short walk away for an evening coffee or dinner! We will teach you all the basic surf knowledge. Our school uses a unique technique which helps you learn how to stand up on a surfboard in less than two hours, even if you are a complete beginner. You do not have to wait weeks to successfully stand on a surfboard. We cover everything you need to know to become a surfer in two hours. The first half hour is spent on land discussing the ins and outs of surf technique where you will learn the basic rules and surf safety. The remainder of the time is spent in the water with your instructor and later you can practice by yourself. By your very first lesson, you’ll be riding waves and feeling the joy that surfing brings! We offer the best value beginner surfing lessons available because you get the most optimal student to instructor class ratio. We use a part of the beach that is safe and perfect for surfing even if you have never been on a surfboard before. Sound Bath experience will be held off the gorgeous soft sands of California near Malibu. The meditative journey will be a dance of beautiful sounds of the high gentle frequency Alchemy Bowls and the earth-sea vibrations. This true Californian lifestyle paddleboarding experience and photoshoot will begin near the iconic Malibu Pier. This is an ocean-based paddleboarding lesson and experience, with minimal waves due to the shape of the bay. We stay close to shore, at a relaxed pace. The paddleboards are easy to balance on and can also be used sitting down like a kayak. There is a good chance we will see local ocean wildlife like seals, starfish, and dolphins. I will be capturing our paddleboarding adventure on my GoPro from start to finish. I include at least 20 pictures and 1 video per session. This allows you to completely immerse yourself in this experience. You will receive your high-quality photos and video via Airdrop as soon as we return to the parking lot. In addition to learning your new Californian lifestyle watersport skill, you'll leave feeling rejuvenated from the fresh sea air, Californian sunshine, and stunning coastal views. Enjoy wine and charcuterie board with a selection of meat, cheeses and fruit while cruising in a fully electric Duffy boat. We will start from the dock where the boat is parked and make our way towards the main channel of beautiful Marina del Rey marina. Keep your eyes peeled for sea lions and a variety of birds as you explore the surrounding. Get a closer look at the boat houses and luxury yachts parked along the way. This experience is a perfect way to relax with a glass of wine in a peaceful water realm and maybe even make new friends with fellow travellers.

Improv is a practice for overcoming anxiety and stage fright. The training also requires developing of acute listening and engagement skills. This class starts off with fun group games and exercises that challenge you to be spontaneous (without thinking). In fact, much of improv will ask of this of you and in turn, you will learn to conquer you inner critic. After warm up, we go from group exercises to 2 to 4 person exercises and the rest of the group becomes the audience. This dynamic is powerful in overcoming fear and anxiety and gaining confidence of being your spontaneous self in front of others. I will be coaching about the tactics that promote interesting and engaging work that is fun to play and is fun for the audience. We will practice both short form (think Whose Line is it...) and long form (scene work). Other things to note If you are anxious, nervous and scared - you are coming to the right place. This class is designed to help you understand these dynamics and overcome them by being bold in the arena of improv.
