Logement accueillant 4 personnes. À partir de la troisième personne, nous facturons 30€/nuit et par personne.

L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Bienvenue dans notre appartement situé dans le quartier animé des Grands Boulevards à Paris. Connu pour ses boutiques haut de gamme, ses restaurants branchés et sa vie nocturne animée. Les stations de métro Grands Boulevards et Bonne Nouvelle à 5mins à pieds, vous permettent de rejoindre facilement tous les sites touristiques célèbres de la ville. Avec ses deux chambres spacieuses et son grand séjour, cet appartement est parfait pour vous accueillir dans une ambiance chaleureuse et luxueuse.

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Stay in an authentic Haussmannian apartment renovated in 2020 by a designer in a quiet and secure building. 1200 square feet ideally located in the center of Paris. Walking distance from the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, Opéra Garnier, Centre Pompidou... Lighty and airy, fully equipped : fiber broadband, Nespresso machine, comfortable duvets. King size beds are made upon arrival. I take care of bed and bathroom linen. I'm always looking forward to hosting great people.
