au sixième étage ,ascenseur, donnant sur une cour très calme.Refait à neuf. Très  « safe » (surtout si vous êtes une femme).J’habite l’immeuble. Idéal pour explorer la ville de Paris, mais aussi notre quartier très parisien et très sympathique. Beaucoup de petits commerces et des transports . Je me ferais un plaisir de vous donner toutes les astuces et de vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits du quartier. Je suis flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et je peux garder votre bagage.

Charmante studette (13 m2 / 13 sqm) indépendante située à Saint-Mandé, à 2 pas du Bois de Vincennes et des bus. Immeuble très calme et quartier résidentiel. Logement avec entrée indépendante situé au 4e et dernier étage (pas d’ascenseur). Rénové récemment, son état est impeccable. Wi-fi très haut débit (fibre) inclus. Petite salle de bains privée avec douche, lavabo et WC. Distances : - Stations de métro (lignes 1 et 6) : 13 mn - Stations de bus (86, 325, 201) : 3 mn - Accor Arena : 25 mn

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

Il comprend un séjour où vous pourrez vous détendre, une kitchenette équipée, et une belle chambre. L'appartement peut accueillir 3 personnes. L'arrivée dans l'appartement est prévue entre 18h00 et 21h00, et la sortie de l'appartement entre 6h00 et 10h00.
