C'est un appartement refait à neuf, très lumineux, confortable et bien équipé, 45 m2, situé au douzième étage offrant une superbe vue du balcon (5,5 m2) sur Paris et la Défense. La Défense se situe à 5 minutes en bus du logement (à 15' à pied) et Paris à 15 minutes ( pied 5' + train 10'). Pour les amateurs de sport et de spectacles, il est aussi à 30 minutes à pied de Paris La Défense Aréna. Ce logement est ma résidence principale, il me tient sincèrement à cœur; je l'aime beaucoup.

Perfect for a couple with the main room being quite spacious, and convenient for 2 people wishing separate beds (sofa will be converted into a single bed) but the space becomes tighter.

If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it for 30€ for the entire stay.
