Walking around is so easy : The Abesses district, shops, restaurants, the subway 12 and 2, only a 1mn walk away . A perfect central place to rest after exploring Paris!

巴黎的壮丽景色

C'est un appartement refait à neuf, très lumineux, confortable et bien équipé, 45 m2, situé au douzième étage offrant une superbe vue du balcon (5,5 m2) sur Paris et la Défense. La Défense se situe à 5 minutes en bus du logement (à 15' à pied) et Paris à 15 minutes ( pied 5' + train 10'). Pour les amateurs de sport et de spectacles, il est aussi à 30 minutes à pied de Paris La Défense Aréna. Ce logement est ma résidence principale, il me tient sincèrement à cœur; je l'aime beaucoup.

Ce charmant studio avec sa luminosité, son caractère apaisant, et surtout sa situation exceptionnelle est un lieu idéal pour accéder aisément aux théâtres, restaurants, cinémas et autres divertissements proposés dans la capitale. L'accès est commode à deux pas des stations de métro Edgar Quinet (ligne 6) et la Gare Montparnasse.

in my own apartment you will be in the place to live as french people… you have near by all what is necessary for eating, there or outside, museums, music concert, theaters, pictures (version originale) opera Garnier, Bastille . and shopping, restos, pâtisseries and so on ! 3ème person can be received (adult or child de + 12 ans), an extra bed in the living : 45€/night. If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it for 30€ for the entire stay.

Fully equipped 70 m2 apartment, very pleasant to live in, with a Riad style touch, which can accommodate up to 4 people, it will make your stay even more exotic and perfectly positioned as a starting point for your visits throughout the capital. 2 bedrooms (including a parental bedroom), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 living rooms. The building does not have an elevator but the 4 floors are not difficult to climb. Optical fiber available.

À l’intérieur de l’appartement, dans une ambiance chic en noir et blanc, vous aurez tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et vous relaxer.
