Lit confortable pour 2 personnes, grand dressing de rangement ! Immeuble très sécurisé qui donne sur une cour arborée. Plusieurs stations de métro à proximité! Vous être très central, à proximité de nombreux monuments parisiens, de supermarchés et entourés d'excellents restaurants pour tous les budgets !

Flat with 1 bedroom + sofa bed near Saint Lazare

Apartment that I live in year-round and occasionally rent out on Airbnb when I'm on holiday. It is very well located in the 9th arrondissement between Liège and Place de Clichy, and a 10-minute walk from St Lazare. The bedroom can sleep two adults, and two adults can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. As this is Paris, it is best to use provided earplugs and an eye mask for sleeping in the living room. Use of the kitchen is available. I am looking for tidy and quiet people to rent it to.
