Genießt die Tee- und Kaffee Flatrate. Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und eine Tankstelle sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Wurmtal für den Zugang zur Natur ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.

Het authentieke interieur is vakwerk en met leemstuk afgewerkt. Winkels op loopafstand. Drielandenpunt 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meter Houtkachel. Binnenhofje met zithoek. In overleg gebruik familietuin. Appartement op 1e verdieping. 2e verdieping bewoond en gezien de aard van het gebouw is het niet muisstil.

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Die liebevoll sanierte Wohnung befindet sich in der ehemaligen Kutschenhalle eines historischen Gebäudes. (ca.60qm) Der angrenzende Park, mit seltenen Bäumen, lädt zu einem Rundgang ein. Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum entspannen. Obwohl man sich mitten in der Natur befindet, benötigt man nur 10 Min. in die Innenstadt. (Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

It is on the third floor of a multi-story dwelling (elevator NOT available), has a living space of about 55 square meters with a bedroom that sleeps three. A convertible sofa can optionally sleep two more persons. The fully equipped kitchen has dish washer, coffee machines, micro wave, water boiler and toaster. A flatscreen Satellite-TV and Internet access via LAN and WiFi complete our offering.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
