Unique old town apartment, Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Køkkenet ligger i åben forbindelse med stuen. 2 soveværelser - 1) dobbeltseng og 2) to enkeltsenge. Derudover: En hyggelig alkove i stuen med to sovepladser. Badeværelset har brusebad. Aarhus' best view and sunset balcony. Unique penthouse in the heart of Aarhus, Frederiksbjerg. The train station is only 5 minutes away. Across the street there is a selection of cozy cafes and restaurants. The apartment features an open living room with a TV and a cozy alcove. The bathroom is renovated in 2025 and offers a bathtub and washer. The kitchen has all the appliances you need, from dishwasher to microwave. The place is ideal for 4-6 persons, but we can accommodate up to 8 on request

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Family friendly summer house with ocean view on large undisturbed property. Perfect for a small getaway in the nature and by the sea. Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Dejligt sommerhus med ude spa ved dyngby strand

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Stor dejlig ude spa til dem der trænger til afslapning. Lounge møbler på terrassen med rigtig hyggelig ude pejs i hjørnet af terrassen. Efter en gå tur ved stranden som ligger 300meter væk, er det dejligt at tænde op i Brænde ovn i stuen og slappe af i den store bløde sofa. Der er gyngestativ nederst i haven. Bål sted findes også i haven. Overdækket indgang. Og en overdækket terrasse hvor der findes gas grill, og en kuglegrill til kul.

Slap af i denne charmerende og hyggelige sommerhytte i naturskønne omgivelser ved Skæring strand tæt på Aarhus C: -300 meter til Skæring strand(2 paddle boards) -15. mins. kørsel til Århus C. -30. mins. til Mols Bjerge -gode indkøbsmuligheder tæt på Hytten er omgivet af en dejlig stor terrasse med spisebord(varmelamper), stor gril og et 6 personers udendørs spa, der er varmt året rundt. Der er to soveværelser(dobbeltsenge) og tre sofaer i stuen. Huset har en varmepumpe og brændeovn.

Se bådene komme ind og følg med i sejlernes aktivitet, mens du nyder solnedgangen på terrassen. Hytten er i træ, på 79 m2 og i to etager. Ovenpå: 1 soveværelse med en enkeltsenge samt en dobbeltseng. I stuen er der mulighed for opredning med udsigt over havnebassinet og Ebeltoft Vig. I stueetagen: Køkken og badeværelse, entre. Østvendt gårdhave.

Cosy apartment in Aarhus. 3 bedrooms with a double bed in all 3. Bathroom with shower, my favorite room, treat it with love . There is a balcony to enjoy the morning coffee and sun. Privat apartment full of art, design and love. I live here, so my things is here, when you live here. I prefer to have a couples, families and colleagues, but you are welcome.
