Se encuentra ubicado en el Complejo Orlando 85 a solo 8 minutos de la Playa de Fañabé caminando. El complejo dispone de 2 piscinas (y una 3ª solo acceso para niños), bar en la piscina, cancha de tenis y fútbol sala, además de una lavandería autoservicio. Creemos que el descanso es fundamental, por ello, el apartamento consta de aire acondicionado en el salón y aislamiento acústico.
