Bring your family or friends for a fun and relaxing stay on Mousam Lake this summer! With 3 bedrooms, and additional loft and a basement sleeping area, there's room for everyone! Explore the lake with canoes, kayaks and paddleboards available to you or bring your own boat, the public boat launch is across from our front dock! When you are not enjoying the lake, the house provides many spaces for your favorite yard games, a screen house to play cards or have a drink and unwind in large hot tub!

Gorgeous Romantic Lakefront Getaway

Beautiful, 170 feet of waterfront Carriage House with a lovely sandy beach for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Quaint 1 bedroom cottage w/views of Lake Winnipesaukee available year-round. Our deck is literally on Lake Winnipesaukee and a 3 minute walk from the cottage. Here you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views, participate in lake activities such as swimming off our dock, using our kayaks, diving board, etc. The public beach is steps away, along with restaurants, ice cream, water sport rentals, mini-golf & entertainment. Perfect for couples or small family & is pet friendly. Cottage has heat & AC.
