If the reservation is for 2 persons but both bedrooms are required, there is an additional $80 per night charge.

Enjoy having your morning coffee on our front porch. We have a small barn with goats and chickens that love attention. During the winter months we do not have the farm animals at the farm. We are 11 miles from Brookfield, 22 miles from Cooperstown, 23 miles from Hamilton College, 22 miles from New Hartford/Utica area.
