The rugged primitive siding was harvested from on-site cedar trees; the knotty pine interior was locally sourced. Friends gifted a claw foot tub and historic farmhouse sink. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Perched in privacy on the Black River is a rustic Tree House designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature. Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Waterfront home with private dock on the Hudson river. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

Heron Pointe Camp is located near Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid in the Adirondack Park. A beautiful lakefront location on Silver Lake. Near Saranac Lake. Private dock & kayaks. Perfect for a couple, small family or professionals. Close to many Adirondack peaks, lakes, rivers, ponds, hiking trails and skiing. Silver lake is a private lake approximately 3.5 miles long end to end with perimeter shoreline of 13+miles. Nice for swimming, fishing, paddling and relaxing lakeside.

The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
