葡萄园天堂

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

橄榄树中的房子

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

From the house you can easly get the famous “Path of Gods” that links the tiny hilltop town of Agerola with Nocelle, a fraction of Positano. The owners, Michele and his wife Anna, love to rent a part of their own house for the exclusive use of their guests. They love make you feel like in a Sweet Dream!

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

We are delighted to offer one of the most unique accommodations in Croatia, in the abandoned eco-ethno village of Humac. Villa dates back to 1880, and it was completely renovated in 2020. Antico Trullo Saraceno del 1400 appena ristrutturato. In un’unico spazio e’ stata creata una zona con letto matrimoniale, una piccola cucina fornita di tutto e con lavastoviglie, un bagno con ampia doccia e una veranda privata con ombrellone, sdraie e tavolino . Il trullo non e’ isolato ma posizionato in un area con altri 2 trulli adibiti ad affitti (un piccolissimo villaggio) . Di fronte al trullo vi e’ una pineta con area relax e tanto spazio per poter camminare .

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
