The privileged and dominant position, close to the main attractions of the Old Town, allows you to admire the Amalfi Coast and the sea from the wide windows. The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located just across the City Walls, accommodation is surrounded by lush garden which provides much needed privacy, plenty of space and tranquility. Includes private garage, parking is free (reservation is needed)

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Il bagno, dotato di ogni servizio, ha un’ampia doccia con punti luce dedicati. Dal living si accede al terrazzino esterno.
