"O beata solitudo, o sola beatitudo" Immerso nella tranquillità della natura e a pochi metri dalla Fonte Annorsi e la sua preziosa acqua sorgiva, il "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" era una stalla per le pecore.Dopo anni di abbandono, riconvertita ad uso residenziale e ricettivo, ha trovato una seconda vita grazie ad una sapiente ristrutturazione che, pur nel rispetto del contesto, si è avvalsa delle più recenti tecnologie come ad esempio l’impianto termico a pavimento o la struttura ventilata del tetto

In un palazzo storico del 700, appartamento con soffitti alti a cupola. Caccetta reale borbonica. Contesto calmo, tranquillo. Amerai il mio alloggio per la terrazza con meravigliosa vista mare, su Capri ed il Vesuvio. WiFi, lavatrice. Alloggio adatto a coppie, viaggiatori solitari, famiglie. Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

House Naomi je smještena u mjestu Rakovica, Irinovac 171, oko 8 kilometara od Plitvičkih jezera i oko 20 kilometara od Rastoka ( Slunj ). Our place is great for winter holidays and perfect to escape from hot cities and packed beaches. It is close to the restaurants and dining, nightlife, family-friendly activities, great lakes, skiing center 200m, city center (approx.2 km), Nevidio Canyon, Tara River,hiking tracks which will lead you to beautiful Black Lake just in 20 min.You’ll love my place because of the coziness, fresh air, pure nature and amazing peace and view.

Apartments are in old town. Bascarsija and traditional resaurants are 700 m far away from our apartments. Aparments have large courtyard, that is suitable for all ages. The apartments also have an exit to a balcony from which you can enjoy in city view. The cable car and the mountain Trebevic are very close, only 500 m. Latin bridge is also 500 m away.

It's new studio apartment with wood & stone details. It has space for sleeping (double-bed), kitchen, space for eating, bathroom. It's far from city center 3 minutes by foot. Apartment is on ground floor of the house. Also guests have its private entrance and parking. It's set in quiet part of town.
