The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment you can enjoy and relax, and if you want any other activity ,its near by .Trogir is a 15 minute walk and there is a boat every 10 minutes .Enjoy the sun and the Adriatic sea in an attractive location ''.

This truly charming medieval residence is set on a single floor plan in the quaint historical center of Ostuni at approximately 300m from the main square, Piazza della Libertà. It enjoys a stunning view of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, stretches of fragrant olive groves, winding mysterious passageways and pretty terraced rooftops. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.
