Set in 10 acres of our own land for you to explore and easy access to Snowdonia public foothpaths, it’s perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. The cabin itself features private wood fired hot tub, wet room, underfloor heating, large deck with bbq, kingsize bed, kitchen, living and dining area and a private cinema.

An excellent base for mountain biking in Coed-y-Brenin, biking or walking the easy-going Mawddach trail, exploring Snowdonia and visiting the stunning beaches of the West Wales coast.

The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

It’s one of just 4 apartments in a recently renovated Victorian building on the sea front. Ideally situated in the heart of Barmouth with parking outside, Sea Breeze has a double bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a good size lounge with a feature bay window and seating from which to enjoy the lovely views.
