Enjoy the tranquility of 2 private furnished patios, the comfort of a queen bed and the creative potential of a fully equipped kitchen. A double sofa-bed can host 2 extra guests.

The property consists of a series of terraces ideal for al fresco dining, lounging, and unparalleled sunset views. During the day you can expect fly-bys by the local crows unique to the island and after the sun sets, moonlit visits from the valley sheep.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

The complex is located in a very quiet and peaceful part of the island, with excellent views and very close to Tinos Town. All houses are fully equipped and decorated with excellent aesthetics and respect for the Tinian landscape. The listing includes the entire property while the complex houses can be rented individually.

Claire is our favorite holiday home of 45 square meters that was completely renovated in 2022. It is located right next to the sea, less than a minute walk from the beach and just 3.2 km from Tinos town while bordering the ancient temple of Poseidon and Amphitrite. It stands out for the Luxury, Comfort, tranquility and privacy it offers, while comfortably accommodating a family of four and couples. It also has a private parking space.
